Compliance With Paragraph 8.15 Of The Listing Requirements - Public Shareholding Spread

MWE Holdings Berhad ("MWE") is pleased to announce that, the public shareholding spread of MWE as at 31 December 2006 is 59.93% comprising 11,066 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each. Consequently, MWE has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
