Our Management Trainee Program
As part of our on-job training, we provide a one-year program consisting of a series of rotations in different departments to work on set objectives. The main goals of our management trainee program are to:
Recruit high-potential candidates to be developed and groomed into a major role in supporting the growth of our organisation.
Train and develop trainees to become our next leader, mastering various areas of business and equipping them with the core competencies required.
Provide a mix of on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to develop trainees with foundational skills while gaining essential industry knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Upper Second Class
Age 26 years old and below
Less than 2 years of working experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
